S1;E2: Confetti Haikus

We asked members of our confetti community to write their own original confetti haikus - in just three little lines these poems express joy, celebration, magic, and whimsy…and of course they also each embody the profound simplicity of the confetti spirit. So grab a seat and pretend you’re in a cozy coffee shop at the happiest poetry reading in the most magical, inspirational place that is Confetti Land.

The Poems

Small bits of magic

Make me so gosh darn happy

Do you like them too?

- Jessica

Little bits of joy

Swirling, fluttering through air

Celebrate good times

Little magic bits,

To toss up into the air,

Happiness floats down

Anything I want

Any time I celebrate

Thrown as confetti

Hurray! Confetti!

It’s everywhere, in my hair

Pretty, bright, & FUN!

You sparkle, you shine,

Bright like starlight, like treasure,

You make it special.

- @mrswhitman

Stuffed inside a card,

So many pieces of love,

Sent, opened, surprised!

- @silverawalker

The joy and the thrill,

of color up in the air,

oh how beautiful!

- @masinaco

Joy in every spec,

confetti paints the air pink,

Moments worth the mess.

Pretty in the breeze,

Confetti dances wildly,

Nature joins the fun.

Pink constellations,

Confetti stars in the night,

Tiny dots of fun

When the world is gray

Throw kindness like confetti

Bring joy to the world

The sun shines brightly

Happiness is all around

Confetti rains down

Confetti is joy

Sprinkle sprinkle all around

Get it everywhere

Colored paper bits

Confetti brings happiness

Shimmer, sparkle, shine

Sprinkle, toss, scatter, and throw

Twinkling gems of joy
